Professional Background
I am a clinical sexologist & psychotherapist and my private practice is located in Dieppe, New Brunswick. I joined the Psychology and Wellness Center in March 2014, after finishing my studies in 2013.

My educational background includes a bachelor's degree as well as a master's degree in sexology from the University of Quebec at Montreal.

At the bachelor level, sexologists specialise in sexual education by learning different aspects of human sexuality (psychological, biological, social, etc.). At the master's level, clinical sexologists specialise in assessment and treatment of sexual and relational difficulties through the means of sex therapy and psychotherapy.

I have training in the four major theoretical approaches in psychotherapy: humanistic-existantial psychotherapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and systemic therapy.

I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor, member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and member of the Professional Alliance of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists which allows naturopathic consultations to be covered by most personal health insurance companies.
