My name is Tammy Daigle and I am a Clinical Social Worker in good standing with the New-Brunswick Association of Social Work since 2001. A graduate of Université de Moncton, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (1998), a Bachelor's degree in Social Work (2001), and a Master's degree in Social Work (2012).
Throughout my career as a Social Worker, I have shown much passion and devotion to the diverse roles of my profession. With over 13 years of work experience in varied fields of Social Work, I have had the privilege to work collaboratively with individuals ranging from children to adolescent, as well as adults and the elderly. Through mindful therapeutic relationships, I have gained valuable skills in listening, guiding and supporting those in need.
In 2013, I founded INFACO Therapy, a counselling based private practice. Shortly after, I enthusiastically joined the esteemed group of professionals at the Psychology and Wellness Center in Dieppe. As a psychotherapist, I offer invested counselling services to individuals, families and couples in all their diversity. Through a welcoming and professional work environment, INFACO's guiding principal centers on empowering oneself in leading a physically, emotionally and spiritually authentic life.
Through meaningful and dynamic therapeutic interactions, my main goal as a psychotherapist is to help those in need attain a greater understanding of the rooted issues, which have impaired their abilities to lead a fulfilled life. The next step of the therapeutic process involves tailoring an intervention plan that is unique and distinct to the needs of each individual, couple or family serviced. Consequently, it is hoped that through this process, those in need become wiser and better equipped to manage and conquer life's present and future challenges.
Guided by a humanistic and behavioral perspective in my therapeutic relationships, I favor and nurture an eclectic approach where I take and combine elements of favored models of therapy. The models of therapy preferred include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Impact Therapy and Mindful Therapy.
