Hi:
As we begin Mental Health Week, I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the care, leadership, and emotional labour each of you carries in your roles. The work you do not only supports your communities—it helps shape a more inclusive and compassionate world.
This week is an invitation to pause, reflect, and recognize that mental health is not a side conversation—it’s central to the well-being of everyone, including ourselves. You don’t need to have all the answers or hold everything alone. Your presence, integrity, and ability to lead with empathy are enough.
Below, you’ll find a selection of Mental Health Week materials and resources in English and French, which we encourage you to use and share with your networks—your voices are essential in helping us reach more people.
With appreciation for all you do, and gratitude for how you continue to show up.
